streamlineworks started in 2024 when our founder kept watching support teams paper over the same gaps in Freshdesk with spreadsheets, Zapier chains, and prayer. The tools existed — they just hadn't been built yet.
We're a small, deliberately senior team. Every engineer has shipped to the Freshworks Marketplace. Every project starts with a 90-minute audit because guessing what your team needs is the slowest path to building it.
