streamlineworks started in 2024 when our founder kept watching support teams paper over the same gaps in Freshdesk with spreadsheets, Zapier chains, and prayer. The tools existed — they just hadn't been built yet.

Ticket data never touches our servers

Our extensions are thin clients. Your ticket data flows between your browser, your Freshworks tenant, and your LLM provider. Not us.

You hold every key

API keys, LLM credentials, integration tokens — all stored in your workspace, never in ours. We can't decrypt your data even if we wanted to.

Pseudonymization on by default

Customer PII is hashed before any AI call unless you explicitly opt that field in. Names, emails, phone numbers — masked at the wire.

Auditable every step

Every plugin ships with a full audit log: who triggered what, when, with what input, against which model. Exportable to your SIEM.

DPA + BAA on the standard contract

Data Processing Agreement and Business Associate Agreement included by default. No back-and-forth with your legal team.

Encryption end-to-end
