streamlineworks started in 2024 when our founder kept watching support teams paper over the same gaps in Freshdesk with spreadsheets, Zapier chains, and prayer. The tools existed — they just hadn't been built yet.
We're a small, deliberately senior team. Every engineer has shipped to the Freshworks Marketplace. Every project starts with a 90-minute audit because guessing what your team needs is the slowest path to building it.
We don't take more clients than we can ship for. If we tell you we can deliver, we mean it. If we can't, we'll point you to someone who can.
