What we collect

When you contact us through the form on this site, we collect: your name, work email address, company name, team size, and the message you send us. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

What we don't collect

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Our analytics (PostHog) is configured to anonymize IP addresses and respect Do Not Track headers. We do not sell or share visitor data with third parties.

Customer ticket data

When you engage us to build a Freshdesk plugin or extension, ticket data from your Freshdesk instance never touches streamlineworks infrastructure. Our plugins are thin clients that talk directly between your browser, your Freshworks tenant, and your LLM provider (if applicable).
